Baba Najmi Ji a great poet of our mother language. Some how I am blessed of closeness with him for a number of reasons . We are in close friendship since mid eighties.It is always my choice to see him when I come to Lahore.

It is very fortunate that on my any next level exercise to take forward work of Saanjo , I often begin with meeting with Baba Najmi Ji.

Today , Nice to talk with him on the matters relating to Saanjo – Note Saanjo is a script of Punjabi and Allied Language .

1- Baba Najmi Ji expressed that often people expressed concerns regarding use of Persian/Arabic/Urdu / Shamukhi script when ever there comes a question of promotion of our Mother language.

2- In the last meeting with Baba Najmi Ji , I had talked about objectives of my journey and meeting friends in different city.So there was consensus to not to speak of them again.

3- I briefed Baba Ji about the development of Saanjo Website Saanjo.com that I had been busy with for the last 4 weeks.

4- There were other Baba Ji’s friends who participated in the discussion. Baba Ji introduced me with them and told them about the creation of Saanjo Script (Alphabet of Punjabi and Allied Languages)

5- I briefed Baba Ji of my upcoming tasks relating to Saanjo. He cordially agreed to them.

6- I was very happy on knowing the popularity of his Poetry all over the area ,all around.

7- Baba Ji read his latest Poetic lines that he wrote to pay tribute to great human right fighter Beebi Asma Jahangir ( Late ). It was a master piece of Baba Ji’s Poetry. Hope fully , I will up- load it on Saanjo website.

8- I will not forget and friends ,you do not forget that Baba Ji honoured the Inaugural Function of Saanjo as chief guest.

9 – I presented my point of view to keep raising voice for peace in the area.
