2 – It was well realized that some time there comes a situation , when a person comes across extreme exigiency and it becomes impossible to meet the scheduled program. It was hoped that we all will have a company of all in the next meeting.
Session of discussion , question , answers and analysis – 11.30 am to 01.00 pm ( 1- 1/2 hour)
3 – The following points were concluded but still open to discuss and adjust the opinion of the friends , who were not there today.
4- Resolved to take forward Saanjo, Because
A- 1- It writes All languages and dialects around.
2- It has been created for our all people in lingual and cultural context , be they are living in any part of the world.
3- Point being added by me , now.
In lingual and cultural context we will reach to a single scripted status , vis 4/5 scripted today’s status( non of the script , our script)
B- Saanjo has been created for our mother language and languages around- our own for our own languages.
C – Existing non- our – language Scrpit does not write our mother language.
Technically there are serious short comings with reference to teaching and learning of our children and with reference to it’s use in computer technology.
D – Saanjo bears perfect computer science math ,IT comparability.
E- As working on Saanjo Project will move on , Things will be taken up in parallel e.g.
1- Translation of poetic work of Soofias ,Bullah Shaa , Baaba Farid ,Naanak Ji , Sultan Bahoo and others.
2- Transliteration
3 – Propagation through IT
4- Avail any up coming opportunity towards promotion of Saanjo.
5 – Conduct session / classes for Saanjo ( Go work will be taken up)
6 – Planner for the trainers be thought off ( Methodolgy for the persons who will teach Saanjo in the coming time )
A campaign article be prepared.

All the friends , there concluded and resolved to conduct/ hold a thick , full flege and comprehensive demonstration/ presention of Saanjo to the immediate friends- names as mentioned in the first sheduled meeting. It will help us all to go a head/next step.

Minutes of Meeting
Beeba Ejaz elaborated the ” Guide to Saanjo Script”.
1- Read alphabet on the title page- by name and side by side spoke sounds of the letter.
2- It was talked that the script has all it’s terminology from our own language.
3 – The Name of Script, Saanjo ” Inducing sharing/Saanj, fraternity and love.
4 – Any letter has it’s name in Saanjo ” Beeba ” in general and Set of all letter bears name ” Beebay ”
5 – The name of second letter is specifically ” Beeba”
6 – The set of Main Sound letters – consonants – bears name ” Abeebay ” / attributed to the name of first letter of the set.
7 – Letters having sound – their own when used as first letter in a word and which function as modifiers also have their name ” Aa ee Oe / Aaeeoe ” This name has been made up by the combination of sounds of first letters of three sets of vowels/total vowels are 10. In English the name for similar letters is ” Vowels”
8 – There are 5 supportive signs Name for them is ” P!oaray ”
One supportive sign is meant to induce double effect of the relevant letter.
One supportive sign is meant to insert nasal sound.
Third supportive sign is meant to modify the sound of the fore letter.
Fourth Supportive sign induces a certain jerk like effect at the end of a syllable as in the word used for ‘ Cheek’
Fifth supportive sign is meant to mix sounds of the two letters Sign is used in between the two letters. Consider please ! To recall the word from our mother language for ” floor”
9 – Then there is a silent character ” Joetoo ” It is meant to modify sounds of five main sound letters.
10 – Next I explained the complete guide page by page.with emphasis on letters specfic to specific phonics of our language.
11 – I also informed that our children will recognize the letters by simply calling sounds of letter and keeping their eyes on the relevant picture
12- As far as while reading and writing by calling the spellings , there is a simple methodology depending upon number of syllable in the name of a letter. I informed to the friends that the methodology has been described in the document ” Saanjo Made Easy Guide ”
13 – In the end ,I demonstrated the friends how to install the fonts on the computer and also demonstrated the selection of fonds in the font selection option.
14 – Regarding use of Saanjo Key board ,I showed that all the 10 vowel has been located in the upper row – the number row.
With shift key , it will work for numbers and otherwise , it is Saanjo Vowel row.
14 – There exists sensible equivalence with English Alphabets and there is sensble use of keys for Saanjo Alphabet using capslock option.
15 – Saanjo Key- board image page has been placed in the guide , given to the friends

Saanjo Project / minutes of Meeting.
1- I briefed Beeba ——— Ji and Beeba ————-Ji the high lights of meeting with Beeba Ji and ———Ji.
2- Matter relating to Saanjo Trainer was discussed . Pre- requisit were deliberated on the subject matter.
3 – More Saanjo Session for immediate circle / Next meeting to be scheduled.
4 – The people , who may be helpful for achieving the objectives be approached – But it is a question of reach of friends.
5 – Print and electronic media – off- course a big tool that can serve our purpose , how to make use of it! an open question.
6 – Young need to be taken along.
7 – Message Propagation technique
Saanjo Key – Chains ,Saanjo Shirts Pensils / rulers etc ( bearing tag/logo of First three letters , too came under discussion.
( Let more and more people know and understand Saanjo )

Immediate Saanjo Project Circle
1 – I am of the opinion , that there be minimum three Saanjo Sessions , before we move to next step.
2- Friends in Islamabad talk/ communicate with each other and schedule a meeting on a day and time of their convenience.
3- I propose that Beeba —— Ji convene meeting specific activity Viz a vis Day , Time and venue
4 – I will travel from Faisalabad to Islamabad to participate in the meeting. It seems , I will stay in Faisalabad till first week of May
5 – All kind willing , having completed Saano Project Session / Islamabad , I will go back to Karachi in second week of May ,2018.
6 – All Kind willing , we will together embark on next level Saanjo Project somewhat in August/ Sep- hopefully , I will come to Islamabad for the purpose.
7- In our April / May meetings , we will discuss how my friend / every one can extend Saanjo Project to their immediate circle of friends.
Note : Since Beeba ———-is occupied for a month , about , we will take him along in our August / September program.
